AEC is the only place I will be taking any of my pets in the future. The whole staff was professional, polite, and genuinely cared about the well being of my dog. We highly recommend this animal hospital. We brought out cat in after she was suffering from complications of a UTI. My bunny Dillon went in really sick with bad GI stasis. The first update was not optimistic news, but the doctor was the nicest person ever when explaining his situation, but did say if they treat aggressively he should be doing good. We came in with our dog Paco because he was in pain and limping. We came in at 430am and were very pleased with the staff and care that was given to Paco. This was our first time using AEC/Rochester.
