We came in with our dog Paco because he was in pain and limping. We came in at 430am and were very pleased with the staff and care that was given to Paco. This was our first time using AEC/Rochester. My puppy was attacked by a stray dog . She had significant ear Injury. Everybody I talked with were extremely helpful and kind. Ultimately we were very happy. We waited in our car for about 1 1/2 hours until the vet could see Alice, but this was understandable since it was Saturday night at 9:00 pm on a holiday weekend.
