05/18/21 - AEC Rochester

When I was unable to get my new guinea pig in to any other clinic AEC told me to bring him in. They were very upfront about there being a wait but it was a lot shorter than originally stated on the phone. It was very organized for it being during a pandemic. They did everything they could to get our new guinea pig on the road to recovery. He stayed the night in their oxygen chamber and was cared for in a way I feel only animal lovers could do. I called multiple times to check on him and not once did I feel like a burden, even offering to hold him and give him extra snuggles since we weren't able to.They were open to my suggestions when things looked like they weren't going to work, and things started to look up! Picasso came home the next day and needed around the clock care. He is now 100% better and is SASSY as ever! if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication of the staff at AEC we may be in a different position. Thank you!!!!!!! - Picasso's Owner [Avg. Score: 5.0 ]
