Spice
I walked in on the verge of tears asking "is he still with us?" Before I could finish my sentence, the lady at the desk was on her way to the treatment room with Spice to find out.
The doctor was very kind and compassionate and took time to explain things to me and my daughter (after I came back inside from quite a bit of crying).
The place is immaculately clean. The staff is nice and polite.
