Everyone that day was very nice, and showed me and my pet so much kindness. It made a very difficult day a little eaiser. After finding out that Felix had cancer, I chose to have him put to sleep that day, it was not an easy decision to make, and was very heart breaking. The people that were working that day were very helpful & caring. I was able to sit with Felix for as long as i wanted before & after having him put to sleep, and never felt rushed, i was told to take all the time i needed.
