We have been to a few animal emergency hospitals that were closer to us in the past with an ok experience. The last time we called with an emergency, they informed us on having a 4 to 6 hour wait time. I found AEC-Novi online and called. AEC-NOVI said they could get her right in after our 45-minute drive. All the staff was so genuinely caring, compassionate and knowledgeable, it was a whole new experience. They had my puppy Caragh right in and helped her right away.
