Murphy

06/20/24 - AEC Rochester

I cannot recommend AEC (Rochester) highly enough. They agreed to see our dog, Murphy, shortly after midnight on June 16, and quickly diagnosed him with severe pancreatitis. It was our first encounter with this, but they acted swiftly and confidently in demonstrating to us it was not their first! They met their estimated wait time each time they provided one. They called with updates when promised. Doctor Krieger was thorough in his evaluation/testing of Murphy, and calmly explained the plan of action and answered our questions. When I called additional times for updates, the staff happily checked with the vets to assure me that Murphy was making progress. They always made me feel like they truly cared about our beloved dog, and not once did they make me feel that my calls/questions/observations were unwelcome.
