Tulip

06/01/24 - AEC Rochester

After 19 years with our cat and family member Tulip. Last night we had to make the decision that she should no longer suffer. I am so glad we contacted AEC. We were promptly put in a family room that was something I have never seen before. So much better than an actual examination room where your pet is so scared! They gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes before and after the procedure. The staff at AEC could not have been any better. They were so compassionate, and thoughtful. I wish I would have done a better job of telling them how wonderful they were yesterday!

Thank you again AEC for making such a difficult evening as best as it could possibly be under the circumstances. We are truly grateful!
