Everyone was wonderful. Dr. Atnip and Alivia were so empathic and explained everything and then some of what was and would be happening. Then on mid day Friday, I received a call from Kelly S. in Florida. Her job for AEC is to become familiar with your pet's case. Then she went over everything with me and gave me SO much helpful, awesome information. Helped me understand how I could help my beloved pet going forward. She was ourstanding. I felt so much better prepared about his condition going forward. Just a fantastic way to make an emergency visit less stressful. I am beyond impressed!!! - Lucky's Owner [Avg. Score: 5.0 ]
