I can't thank you enough for the patience, kindness and prompt attention we received from your office. It was a very urgent and tough decision that we had to make to put our dog down late at night on the weekend. I never imagined that we would be taken care of so respectfully. The card that we received that was individually signed by member of your staff was so touching, personal and kind.
