11/27/11 - AEC Novi

Thank you to everyone I came in contact with during a very scary emotional time. Everything from the informative caring voice who answered the phone to the tech who checked us in and of course the vets. The front desk made sure during the whole process to inform me of how much the bill was adding up and Doctors Gruby and Duncan, who besides being clear were patient with my questions and most of all cared as if Martin was their pet too. This positive impression isn't based on the fact that I was lucky enough to have my dog get better because even if it had gone the other way I would of still written this positive comment because I was still very impressed and really appreciated the care my dog and I received. This is a special hospital because I noticed the Heart to Heart Fund and this to me just proves that the AEC is a very special group of caring people. Thank you all for not just treating it as a job but a unique position that allows the wonderful traits and talents the AEC staff to be shared with those who need it.
