02/27/22 - AEC Rochester

Our sweet Remy was hit by a car February 26th, after endless calls we finally got through to AEC Rochester. As nervous as I was already bringing my baby to a new place and trusting the staff to take good care of him, I was relieved by the first phone call. The staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The doctor kept in contact with me with every step he made in the procedures he took to fix Remy. It was a very long day/night for us but when we finally got to go get Remy, he was in such good spirits which never happens whenever he leaves the vet! I could tell that morning and throughout the next day just how well the staff and doctors took care of our boy.
