Oliver’s health deteriorated pretty quickly from our personal vet’s diagnosis just 2 weeks prior. Once he stopped eating and drinking last night, we knew it was time to say goodbye. Unfortunately, given it being a holiday, our vet’s office was not open. Animal Emergency Center of Rochester took us in first thing this morning and showed us the utmost respect and empathy during an extremely difficult time. They supported us in our decision, explained each step, and never rushed our last moments with Oliver.
