I am so thankful that i found this team. they were all so extremely comforting and supportive when we came to put buddy down. it was by far the hardest thing i have had to do in my life and the Novi team was very very helpful and quick. very clean, very patient and so sweet to me. if I EVER have a need for emergency care for my other dog, i for sure will be coming back to them. the staff was so fantastic and patient. so sympathetic and just made a very difficult visit a little more bearable. thank you all so very much you were so fantastic. - Buddy's Owner [Avg.
