My name is Tim, accompanying Chaz with Pheeby who we, unfortunately, had to Euthanize in your presence today.

Though there IS a such thing as overkill, I just wanted to let you know how ABSOLUTELY grateful I am for your support, professionalism, HONESTY, and dedication to what you do. I have had many pets in my lifetime and I have absolutely never seen such compassion and support, especially in the face of such complication and difficulty.

Pheeby was a treasure to everyone here and you really made the process much easier on everyone. She was one of the best animals I have ever had...and with your support it was much easier. Other doctors tend to just throw the animal on a metal table and do what needs to be done.

You mentioned that you were blessed to have a successful practice...and I am CERTAIN it has something to do with your heartfelt and LEGITIMATE care. Though others you encounter might just consider you to be a practicer of medicine, I am definitely in your debt and would recommend you to ANYONE in need of emergency care or just a compassionate hand. You are a genuine credit to your profession and deserve all of the accolades you receive. If none, at least you have one fan that appreciates your work.
