I usually don't participate in too many online reviews but after the reviews I read about this facility I was saddened enough to do so. I brought my dear Echo in on Sunday night because she had been sick and not eating for a week or so. I was pretty upset since she was my first dog and had been very healthy for all 12 years I had her to that point. I was informed by Dr. McBride that she had a large mass taking over her liver. We discussed options and came to the conclusion to end her suffering that night. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for the staff at this facility in regards to the professionalism and delicacy in how they dealt with my situation. It saddens me how some people online feel it necessary to belittle the people that work at this facility. When it comes to money I understand that this place is still a business and doesn't work for free. I also found that the prices here were inline or cheaper than other facilities I have taken my pets. However, the other people that share harsh words I believe are way off base. To the people that work at this facility my hat is off to you. Don't ever think you don't matter as much as people that work in hospitals for people. You may not be saving human lives, but you're saving lives that matter to humans.
