This was my first visit to AEC, and my first time ever using a 24 hour animal emergency center. We were greeted upon entering AEC. We were immediately brought to an exam room. Everyone was polite and attentive from start to finish. When your in a situation like this, its a vulnerable time. They evaluated my cat Samantha, and then only performed the necessary tests and procedures. I really feel the staff was not only friendly, but honest. Honest was the most important thing in my book.
