They made the best of a bad situation. Had to bring my best friend in to be put down cuz he was suffering. The wait was long, but there was a critical case and I was informed of this when I called. I didn't wait long to be put in a room or see a technician, and the doctor apologized for the wait. I could not be more grateful to the Dr's and Staff. They were truly compassionate, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. My Rocco has severe heart issues and they were just so wonderful to us.
