Wow. I am so impressed with the compassion, professionalism and care we received throughout our puppy’s oovernight stay. I called early yesterday morning seeking advice about whether or not to bring in my vomiting puppy. We drove over and were immediately shown into a private room. Every single person from reception staff to vet techs to doctors made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone took time to reassure us, help and explain possible treatments and answer all of my questions often asked twice;) What a wonderful resource for our pet community.
