Your staff was the most professional, kind and caring people today while I was dealing with my the passing of my rabbit today. It really meant the world and made what has been an incredibly difficult process so much easier. I believe it was either Kate or Katie, it's been a long day, who was at the front desk that morning was extremely patient and kind with me at a crucial time. I appreciate it whole-heartedly. Please pass this to whatever manager wants to hear it. The nurse on staff, I didn't get her name, and the other office worker up front were extremely kind as well.
