This was an unfortunate series of 3 consecutive euthanasia cases, including one hospitalized patient whose owner had elected euthanasia after you arrived. I apologize for any miscommunication as our receptionist was unaware of the hospitalized patient's status when she spoke with you. We had to put our dog down yesterday. We called and were told we did not need an appointment. We arrived and checked in by phone and then sat in our car for 1 1/2 hours. We were told upon arrival that there was 1 patient ahead of us. After an hour, we were told there were 2 ahead of us. When we finally were told to bring our dog to the front door, I had to go to the bathroom very badly. I was told I couldn’t use the restroom, but could go on the corner to a Speedway.
Their care for our pet was good, but their care for the family was awful. Although, leaving a sick dog in the car, scared, for so long doesn’t seem to be great compassion for the animal. - Laci's Owner [Avg. Score: 3.6
