Chester

08/23/15 - AEC Novi

I was really impressed with the AEC in general and with Dr. Hughes in particular. Everyone did a fantastic job of keeping me informed. They were great listeners, explained everything thoroughly, and really took the time to help me navigate a scary situation. Chester is not an ideal patient (as he HAAAATES vets and makes his displeasure quite clear) but I had no doubt he was getting fantastic care. I hope to not have to come back to the AEC for another emergency any time soon, but if the situation arises I have total faith in the staff there. - Chester's Owner [Avg. Score: 4.9 ]
