My wife Carol called your Novi hospital Tuesday evening after our Golden, Pandora, had "snacked on" a Peace Lily plant. Pandora regularly sees Dr. Caputo in Dearborn Heights, and he recommends your hospital for emergency care. We had also brought one on our late Goldens to your facility for an X-Ray a couple years ago. Carol had connected with Michelle on your staff, to discuss Pandora's situation. We were both very concerned for Pandora, and would have done anything that night for her. Michelle skillfully obtained all the necessary information from Carol, and had calmed her down significantly. She then conferred with the doctor on Pandora's case, and had referenced all the information on the Peace Lily and its potential impacts on dogs. When Michelle came back to the phone, she explained completely all the potential symptoms that Pandora could experience in the next day or two, and to continue to watch her. Michelle's skill and caring approach relieved us greatly that evening. So I wanted to take a couple moments to express our gratitude to Michelle and your hospital for providing this type of service.
